Fire and Water Damage Recovery

Mold Assessment and Remediation

Blackmon Mooring is able to provide both mold assessment and Industrial Hygiene Services for healthcare facilities.  Mold assessment offers both visual inspection and sampling of microbial intrusion.  A detailed Scope of Work is assembled based on EPA and AIHA published guidelines for remediation.  During the remediation phase, Blackmon Mooring technicians follow strict containment protocols utilizing HEPA filtration to prevent the spread of contaminants.

Indoor Air Quality

The quality of the indoor air environment is critical in healthcare facilities.  Blackmon Mooring offers system evaluations measured in compliance with ASHRAE and NADCA standards.  Blackmon Mooring Project Managers can work with facility personnel to develop a phased plan for decontamination and corrective services to minimize service interruption within the facility.  The investigation phase identifies specific areas of concern, and the initial findings are compiled with recommendations.  Air quality sampling is conducted to further address specific air quality issues.
